Anoop Prakash Awasthi is a 1st generation, self-made lawyer and has the versatile distinction of being an Advocate-on-Record of the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India, an Insolvency Professional registered with Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India and a Registered GST Practitioner.
Anoop has filed Pro-Bono cases at the Supreme Court of India and Delhi High Court.

Anoop has a decade’s experience in practice at the Debt Recovery Tribunal. He has been assisting/representing Insolvency Professionals with their legal work before the NCLAT, NCLT and Supreme Court of India.
Anoop has rich experience in Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (from admission of CIRP to assisting the Resolution Applicant to take over the bankrupt company).
