Parthvi is a graduate from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, and is registered with the Bar Council of Delhi. She appears before District Courts, High Court, Supreme Court and Tribunals. She also holds a diploma in Intellectual Property Rights from WIPO, Geneva. She is pursuing LLM from Delhi University. 

 

She has authored a chapter in a book titled “Intellectual Property Laws: Contemporary Issues“, published by Thomson and Reuters in 2021. She has co-authored a chapter in the book titled, “Human Rights: Contemporary Issues (Festschrift in the Honour of Professor Upendra Baxi),” published by Eastern Book Company in 2019.

Prapti is an alumnus from GGSIPU and is registered with Bar Council of Delhi. She holds a Diploma in Cyber Law from Gujrat National Law University. She is pursuing LLM from GGSIPU in Cyber Law. She regularly appears before the District Courts, High Court, Supreme Court and Tribunals in Delhi. She has co-authored a chapter in a book titled, “International Law: Contemporary Developments (Essays in the Honour of Professor A. K. Koul), (Satyam Law International, 2021)”.
